Cancellation Terms
Up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival, you can cancel your reservations. The deposit of 30 % of the total amount will be refunded.
In the event that you cancel or shorten your stay after 2 weeks prior to your arrival, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
Premature departure after check-in: 100 % of the total cost of your reservations.
Any services which you reserve but do not make use of will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
We recommend that you obtain travel insurance from the European Travel Insurance company, which is available on our homepage.
